1. Order Processing
- Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Processing includes order verification, quality check, packaging, and handover to our courier partner.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
- Custom or made-to-order footwear may require an additional 5–10 business days before dispatch. Estimated timelines will be communicated at checkout or by our team where applicable.
2. Domestic Shipping (India)
We currently deliver across serviceable pin codes within India.
- Shipping charge: A flat delivery fee of ₹120 applies to eligible domestic orders unless a promotional free-shipping offer is active.
- Pincode check: Enter your pincode on the cart or checkout page to confirm delivery availability and applicable charges before placing your order.
- Estimated delivery: Standard delivery usually takes 4–6 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and courier operations.
3. International Shipping
We welcome customers from around the world. International shipping rates and delivery timelines vary by destination
and order weight. For orders outside India, please contact us before or after checkout so we can confirm
availability, shipping cost, and expected delivery time for your country.
- International orders are shipped on a prepaid basis only.
- Typical international transit time is 7–14 business days after dispatch, subject to customs clearance.
- Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged in the destination country are the customer's responsibility.
4. Shipping Methods & Tracking
- We partner with trusted courier services to deliver orders safely.
- Once your order is shipped, a tracking number or shipment update will be shared via email or SMS where available.
- Delivery attempts and final handover are managed by the courier according to their standard process.
5. Delivery Address Requirements
- Please provide a complete delivery address with pincode, landmark, and an active contact number.
- We deliver to physical addresses only. Deliveries to P.O. boxes or incomplete addresses may not be possible.
- Review your shipping details carefully before confirming your order. Changes may not be possible once processing begins.
6. Order Modifications
If you need to update your address or order details, contact us as soon as possible.
Once an order enters processing or has been handed to the courier, modifications may no longer be feasible.
7. Delays & Unforeseen Events
While we aim to meet stated timelines, delays may occur due to courier backlogs, weather disruptions,
remote locations, festivals, or customs procedures for international shipments.
These factors are outside our direct control, and exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
8. Lost, Damaged, or Undelivered Packages
If your shipment appears delayed, damaged, or marked delivered but not received, contact us promptly with your order number
and any supporting details. We will coordinate with the courier to investigate and help resolve the issue.
